Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all visitors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience, fostering a warm and professional environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. MUST BE ABLE TO COVER SHIFTS AS NEEDED
Supervise front desk staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining excellent customer service standards Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information to guests and visitors Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction through personalized service Oversee night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Maintain a professional appearance and uphold phone etiquette to foster a welcoming atmosphere for all callers and visitors Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly Lead guest relations efforts by proactively engaging with guests to gather feedback and enhance their experience Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong background in guest services Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality standards and procedures Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential for efficient operations Experience with night audit procedures and handling guest complaints or special requests is advantageous Strong customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities are critical for success in this role
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
