Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at a vibrant hospitality establishment. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing daily front desk operations. Your leadership will drive exceptional guest experiences, streamline check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills and make a lasting impression on our guests from around the world. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle guest requests, inquiries, and internal communications Ensure smooth night audit procedures are completed accurately to reconcile daily financial transactions Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly and effectively Maintain organized records of guest information, reservations, and billing details with attention to detail and confidentiality Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in front desk functions Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the globe Extensive knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle night audit procedures with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Join us as a Front Desk Manager and become a vital part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
