Job Description

Job Summary The General Manager of the Holiday Inn & Suites will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, maintenance, and financial management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of building a strong service culture while successfully driving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction. The selected candidate will play a key role in the hotel's opening process, team recruitment, training, and implementation of operational standards. Duties Lead all hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences Recruit, train, mentor, and develop hotel team members Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies Oversee food & beverage and banquet operations within a full-service environment Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and online reputation metrics Collaborate with the sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture Manage day-to-day operational challenges with professionalism and urgency. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service hotel environment required Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and hotel performance Experience with hotel financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue management Excellent communication and organizational skills Brand experience with IHG hotels preferred but not required Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support hotel operations
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
