Here is what you will be doing each day: Supervise Guest Services Agents during assigned shifts Assist with daily operational flow and guest service coordination Support training and coaching of team members Address guest questions, concerns, and service recovery situations Assist with scheduling and shift assignments Monitor vehicle handling and guest interactions for service quality Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures Assist management with reporting and daily shift documentation Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
