Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, manage guest relations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold high standards of customer service, and coordinate with various hotel departments to maintain operational excellence. Duties Supervise and coordinate all front desk operations, including reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and concierge services Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt, courteous communication with guests and internal teams Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately Maintain comprehensive guest records, ensure data accuracy, and uphold confidentiality standards Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all staff provide warm, professional interactions at all times Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Experience with night audit procedures and financial reconciliation processes Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Familiarity with resort or large-scale hotel operations is a plus Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests by providing top-tier hospitality through energetic leadership and dedicated service. Pay:
