We are looking for a General Manager that is highly motivated, determined, and results oriented. This position is responsible for daily operations, F&B, H/R, accounting, housekeeping and maintenance which allows the hotel to meet/beat budget revenue. The General Manager will strive to be the best in GSS and take care of the guest. We look for some of the following attributes when considering GM candidates: Sales and Marketing / Aspiration Leadership / Accountability / Strong Customer Service Orientation / Financial Leadership Job Responsibilities - Key responsibilities of a General Manager include: Exceeding budgeted hotel / F&B revenue & expenses goals-budgets; Monitor performance to ensure revenue goals met. Use Revenue Management to assist ownership & revenue goals. Recruit the best team. Must be able to train & incorporate the Front Desk / Housekeeping; Perform all other related duties / projects / reports as assigned ownership.

Requirements:

5+ Years Previous General Manager. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills Strong Orientation to Team / Collaborative Leadership Experience with Marriott, Hilton or IHG is preferred.
