Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Motel Manager to lead the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest services, staff supervision, and overall motel management to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors. Your leadership will drive revenue growth, maintain high standards of hospitality, and foster a positive environment for both guests and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise while managing a vibrant motel environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette, to ensure prompt and professional guest interactions Oversee guest services, ensuring exceptional guest relations, satisfaction, and resolution of any issues or complaints Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service Manage hotel operations including budgeting, revenue management, and human resources functions such as hiring, scheduling, and staff development Conduct night audits and oversee financial procedures to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with hotel policies Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming resort environment by supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and safety protocols Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue through effective marketing initiatives and guest retention programs Looking For (Not Required) Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in guest services Knowledge of hotel management systems, revenue management practices, and budgeting processes Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse guests Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in front desk operations, night audits, and human resources tasks Experience in resort or motel environments is preferred; hotel experience is essential Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence Join us as a Motel Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back! This is a live-in manager position, which makes the role unique. Living on-site is necessary to properly care for guests and the property.
