Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained. Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to enhance their performance and service delivery. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and improve overall guest satisfaction. • Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management with a focus on front desk operations. Previous experience in customer service roles within the hospitality industry is essential. Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and phone etiquette. Experience working in resorts or hotels is preferred.
