As the driving force behind guest satisfaction, staff performance, and financial success, you will set the tone for excellence and ensure our property operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams, elevate service standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead and supervise staff across departments, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a high-performance team committed to hospitality excellence. Manage revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional initiatives to maximize profitability. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Handle guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits. Oversee budgeting processes, cost control measures, and human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling. Maintain effective communication using multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to support smooth internal coordination and guest interactions. Conduct regular inspections of the property to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and overall appearance of the resort or hotel environment. Utilize hospitality management software to monitor reservations, night audit procedures, and guest billing accurately. Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, diversity (including multilingual or bilingual capabilities), and continuous improvement in service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment. Branded Hotel experience is a must. Strong background in hospitality management principles including guest services, revenue management, human resources, and budgeting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a customer-centric culture. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, night audit processes, resort management practices, and multi-line phone systems. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and resolving issues effectively. Experience in managing hotel or resort environments with an emphasis on hospitality standards and safety protocols. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of hotel operations.
