In this dynamic role, you will lead the front desk team, ensuring seamless guest services, efficient operations, and exceptional hospitality standards. Your proactive approach and multilingual skills will create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management talents while fostering memorable stays for every guest. Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously. Handle guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to enhance personalized service. Train and Assign, front desk team to take leads, upsell reservations, and make community outreach Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within a boutique or resort setting. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable. Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
