We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our hotel leadership team in New Mexico. This is a relocation opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and understands what it takes to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving hotel performance. This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone with 5 to 10 years of hotel management experience who can confidently oversee daily operations, lead teams, solve problems quickly, and support overall hotel success.
What You'll Do:
Assist the General Manager with daily hotel operations Lead and motivate front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Monitor hotel performance, labor, and operational efficiency Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff Help maintain brand standards and property cleanliness Support revenue growth and occupancy goals Step in as acting manager when needed
What We're Looking For:
5-10 years of hotel management experience required Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, or similar leadership role preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities Experience with hotel PMS systems and hotel operations Proven ability to lead teams and improve guest satisfaction Reliable, organized, and hands-on leadership style Willingness to relocate to
