General Manager:
As a General Manager with Superhost Hospitality at Home2 Suites Fort Wayne, you will lead the charge in ensuring the overall success and excellence of our establishment.
Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and more. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction. Leading and inspiring a diverse team to provide exceptional service and meet performance goals. Handling financial management, budget planning, and ensuring profitability. Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest standards of guest experiences.

Leadership Excellence:
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Hospitality Management:
Extensive experience in hotel management or a related field.

Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Additional Requirements:
