This could lead to a General Manager position within 3-6 months for the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist in managing all hotel departments, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and human resources. Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative team environment to ensure outstanding guest experiences. Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through effective pricing and promotional initiatives. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint. Oversee budgeting processes, control expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Coordinate night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of daily transactions. Manage multi-line phone systems and uphold professional phone etiquette to enhance communication efficiency. Support recruitment efforts, onboarding new team members, and ensure compliance with hospitality standards and human resources policies. Requirements Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management environment. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services best practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing cost control measures. Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
