Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Your leadership will inspire staff, foster a welcoming environment for guests, and drive the overall success of the property. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and supervision to all departments, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and human resources. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability while maintaining high service standards. Manage budgeting processes, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met through effective resource allocation. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors. Supervise the front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, night audit procedures, and guest check-in/check-out processes. Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team committed to hospitality excellence. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse guests and staff from various backgrounds. Experience Proven supervising experience in a hospitality management or hotel leadership role within a resort or similar setting. Extensive hotel management experience with a strong background in guest services, hotel operations, and human resources. Demonstrated expertise in revenue management strategies to drive profitability. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments effectively. Knowledge of budgeting processes, cost control measures, and financial reporting in the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Familiarity with hotel management systems, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
