Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction, streamline administrative processes, and uphold the highest standards of hotel management. Duties Manage all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism Supervise front desk staff, providing training, support, and motivation to ensure top-tier customer service Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Oversee night audit processes to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and prepare reports for management Coordinate guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain positive guest relations to foster loyalty Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects the hotel's hospitality standards Assist with reservation management and ensure all booking details are accurately recorded in the hotel management system Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform administrative tasks efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments preferred Join us as a Front Desk Manager to lead our team in creating memorable experiences for every guest.
