Hotel General Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk activities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving guest issues and complaints promptly
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations across all hotel departments
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations
• Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding service to guests
• Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience required
• Hilton brand training and certification required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services best practices
• Ability to perform night audit tasks when required
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
