In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services and staff management to financial performance and strategic planning. Your leadership will drive the success of the property, fostering a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations and promotes a positive, productive workplace. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless daily operations. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective revenue management techniques and promotional initiatives. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team. Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, maintaining high standards of guest services, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, night audit procedures, and guest check-in/check-out processes. Maintain compliance with hospitality regulations and safety standards while continuously improving operational procedures. Collaborate with resort or hotel management teams to enhance overall guest experience and facility offerings. Utilize guest feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong background in hospitality management, including hotel experience with resort or large-scale properties preferred. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Proficiency in revenue management strategies, budgeting, human resources practices, and hotel operations. Knowledge of front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, night audit procedures, and phone etiquette. Exceptional communication skills combined with a professional demeanor in handling guest inquiries and staff interactions.
