Lead a Premier Hospitality Destination in South Bend Holladay Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the Hilton Garden Inn South Bend—a newly renovated hotel featuring 100 guestrooms, Bistro 933 restaurant and bar, and the Gillespie Event Center with more than 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. Generating over $8.3 million in annual revenue, this property serves as a premier destination for business travelers, leisure guests, weddings, conferences, and community events throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across all departments Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence throughout the hotel Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and profitability Oversee Bistro 933 operations to ensure outstanding service and strong results Ensure successful execution of weddings, meetings, conferences, and special events at the Gillespie Event Center Partner with sales and revenue teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, and event revenue Maintain Hilton brand standards and operational compliance Build relationships within the local business community and represent the property throughout the market Foster a culture focused on accountability, engagement, teamwork, and service excellence Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability What You'll Bring 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience Previous General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Hotel Manager, or Director of Operations experience preferred Experience leading full-service hotel operations Strong financial acumen and proven business results Experience with food & beverage and banquet/event operations Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences The Ideal Candidate You're a visible, hands-on leader who enjoys being present with guests and associates.
