Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services and staff management to financial performance and strategic planning. Your leadership will drive a welcoming environment, uphold brand standards, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong supervisory skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Major brand experience is required, IHG experience is preferred. Duties Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest service, fostering a positive team environment Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and occupancy optimization Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet or exceed financial targets Maintain high standards of guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences Implement hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, and performance evaluations Oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure efficient communication Conduct night audits and manage overnight operations to maintain operational integrity Qualifications Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, ideally as a hotel manager or similar leadership role Extensive hotel management experience with a strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest services Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring, training, and performance management Experience with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with resort environments is a plus but not required Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
