In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while fostering a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your expertise in hospitality management, revenue optimization, and guest relations will be instrumental in elevating our property to new heights of service and profitability. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize occupancy rates and profitability. Oversee guest services to ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling to build a motivated team. Maintain budget controls by monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments. Oversee night audit procedures and coordinate with the front desk team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Foster positive guest relations by implementing personalized service initiatives and addressing feedback proactively. Collaborate with resort or hotel management teams on marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal patrons. Experience Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management or resort operations. Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of front desk operations, guest services, and hotel procedures. Demonstrated expertise in hospitality management practices including revenue management, budgeting, and human resources. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests and staff. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Experience handling night audit processes and managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Knowledge of guest relations strategies to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
