Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an Operations Manager at a leading hospitality brand, where you will oversee the daily operations of our hotel property to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse team, optimize hotel performance, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. As an energetic and motivated leader, you will drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and foster a positive work environment that inspires excellence at every level. Duties Manage and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and top-tier service delivery Oversee daily hotel operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest relations to maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty Implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and increase profitability through pricing adjustments and promotional initiatives Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and skilled team Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines by monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and managing financial reports including night audit procedures Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and company policies across all departments Enhance guest relations by addressing feedback promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and creating memorable experiences for every visitor Experience Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel management setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities Extensive knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, guest services, revenue management, and human resources practices Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff from various backgrounds Strong background in hospitality management with hands-on experience in budgeting, guest relations, and resort or hotel environments Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, night audit procedures, and front desk operations is essential Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to lead teams in delivering outstanding guest experiences Experience in managing resort properties or large-scale hotels is a plus for understanding complex operational needs Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms guest stays into extraordinary experiences!
