In this pivotal role, you will oversee the night audit process, ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment for our guests, manage guest relations efficiently, and maintain smooth operations throughout the overnight hours. Duties Supervise the front desk operations during night shifts, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and resolving guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting for daily transactions Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries with courteous phone etiquette Lead and support a team of front desk associates, providing training and guidance to uphold service excellence Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Monitor security protocols at the front desk area to ensure safety and confidentiality of guest information Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations overnight Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations with a focus on night audit functions Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management software systems and basic accounting or financial reconciliation procedures Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality settings is preferred Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing operational needs Join us as a Guest Services Supervisor (Front Office / Night Audit) and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences.
