In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Your leadership will inspire staff, foster a welcoming environment, and drive the success of our property. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive hotel management experience, a strong background in hospitality management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a positive impact in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Lead daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth Supervise staff across departments, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability Maintain high standards of guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors Manage human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with employment laws Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of each day Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently Coordinate with resort departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences Skills Proven experience supervising hotel staff with strong leadership capabilities in the hotel industry with a minimum of 5 years general manager experience Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices including guest services, revenue management, and hotel operations Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically and efficiently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Solid understanding of budgeting, human resources management, and hospitality regulations Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is essential Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Knowledge of night audit procedures and resort-specific operations is advantageous Join us as we strive to create memorable stays for our guests through dedicated leadership and exceptional service.
