Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to make a significant impact within a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize revenue management, and improve overall hotel performance. Oversee guest services to ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out, addressing any issues promptly with professionalism and care. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a motivated team environment. Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and analyze financial reports to meet profitability targets. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations while upholding brand standards. Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently and courteously. Drive initiatives that promote guest relations and loyalty programs to enhance repeat business. Oversee night audit procedures ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting. Implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel management setting with strong leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, guest services, human resources, and hospitality management principles. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Demonstrated experience in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with resort or hotel environments is preferred; previous hotel experience is essential. Knowledge of night audit procedures and front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
