Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of a vibrant resort or hotel property through strategic management and passionate hospitality. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with brand guidelines and industry best practices. Oversee guest services to ensure a memorable experience, handling guest relations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize profitability. Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performance team committed to excellence in hospitality. Monitor hotel performance metrics such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, human resources policies, and hotel licensing requirements while promoting a positive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in hospitality management including guest services, revenue management, and hotel operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams across multiple departments. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with international guests. Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and night audit procedures. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, human resources management, customer service excellence, and guest relations. Prior experience working in resorts or similar hospitality environments is preferred. Pay:
$63,132.27 - $70,000.00 per year
