What You'll Do:

Create and execute the hotel's annual operating budget while excelling in P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis.

Operations Oversight:

Lead all hotel disciplines, including Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior General Management experience in a focused, full-service, or boutique hotel environment is preferred.
• A proven track record in hiring, training, and motivating teams to achieve exceptional guest service.
• Strong skills in budget management and financial forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
