Join our Team! Kitchen Manager / Line Cook, New Bedford Harbor Hotel, Downtown New Bedford Are you passionate about food, leadership, and creating a great guest experience? We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Kitchen Manager / Line Cook to join our team at the New Bedford Harbor Hotel at 222 Union Street! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service. The Kitchen Manager / Line Cook is responsible for assisting with the daily kitchen operations while actively working on the line. This position oversees food quality, kitchen organization, inventory and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, team player, and experienced cook who can maintain efficiency during busy service periods.
Pay:
$19•$24 per hour
Schedule:
Weekdays and Weekends nights•

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Lead and support kitchen staff during daily operations Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching kitchen team members Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving products Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Minimize waste and support cost-control efforts Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences Step into various kitchen roles as needed during service Apply today and help us create memorable dining experiences for our guests!
