The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience while maintaining the hotel's profitability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage all hotel departments, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Supervise staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special events. Monitor industry trends to stay competitive within the hospitality market. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of revenue management techniques and budgeting processes. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is preferred. A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
