Duties Supervise front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality guest interactions Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service standards Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Coordinate night audit activities to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting Address guest concerns promptly, resolving issues with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by practicing exemplary phone etiquette and guest relations skills Support hotel management in implementing policies related to hospitality management, guest services, and operational procedures Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk supervision within a resort or hotel environment Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest services and hotel operations Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with hotel experience standards, phone etiquette, and guest relations best practices Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests by leading with energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
