Full-Time Kidz Jungle World LLC is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, fun, and dedicated Manager to lead operations at our exciting indoor playground facility in Baltimore County. Kidz Jungle World is a 9,000 sq. ft. indoor playground designed for children ages 6 months to 12 years old , featuring soft play equipment, slides, interactive attractions, and multi-level jungle-themed play areas in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. We host birthday parties, field trips, fundraisers, graduations, private events, and group celebrations , creating memorable experiences for families every day. We are looking for a leader who can think strategically, manage operations efficiently, and drive growth while creating an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Ensure all guests are greeted enthusiastically and receive exceptional customer service. Lead staff to create a positive, professional, and engaging environment that encourages repeat visits. Manage daily operations and staffing levels to meet business needs. Train associates on operational procedures, safety protocols, First Aid procedures, and emergency response standards. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities. Execute marketing and promotional initiatives while maintaining records and performance tracking. Develop operational plans, budgets, and revenue growth strategies. Review weekly and monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and operational reports. Control expenses and identify opportunities to increase revenue, including birthday parties and group event sales. Lead and support sales initiatives to grow party bookings and event revenue. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, and local labor and safety regulations. Review business performance against goals and implement corrective actions when necessary. Recommend operational improvements and policy enhancements. Qualifications HAVE FUN!

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of management experience (entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, family entertainment center, or related industry preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls . Sales and revenue growth experience preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive, energetic, and charismatic leadership style. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word . Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, vendors, and leadership. Must maintain professional appearance standards.
