We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to support daily front office operations. This role assists in leading the front desk team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support front desk team members during assigned shifts Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new team members Monitor reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Ensure compliance with hotel policies and Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand standards Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness Assist management with reporting and daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous front desk or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service abilities Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
