Hotel General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability
• Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective inventory management
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by enforcing safety policies and procedures
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations, restaurant management, and catering services
• Proficiency in inventory control systems, such as Aloha POS
• Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, and managing a diverse team
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus
