This role is responsible for ensuring the entire property runs efficiently while maintaining high guest satisfaction and brand standards. This position requires flexibility, including: Weekdays and weekends Holidays Morning and evening shifts Occasional overnight coverage as needed Managers must be available during peak times, staffing shortages, and operational needs. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the entire hotel Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage Train, coach, and support team members Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly Monitor reservations, occupancy, and daily reports Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures Coordinate with departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests Step in to assist in any department as needed Qualifications Previous hotel experience required Management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Basic computer and hotel system knowledge Requirements Resume required Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Professional appearance and attitude Benefits Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free parking
