Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing accordingly. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, front desk, and human resources teams to align revenue goals with operational capabilities. Monitor daily revenue reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), making real-time adjustments to maximize revenue opportunities. Lead training sessions for staff on revenue management systems, phone etiquette, guest services, and hotel policies to ensure consistency in guest relations. Oversee budgeting processes related to revenue targets and departmental expenses while maintaining cost efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on revenue management or hotel operations. Supervising experience leading teams within a hotel or resort setting. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Deep understanding of hospitality industry standards including guest services, hotel experience best practices, budgeting, and human resources principles.
