Aqua Tots Swim Schools Grand Rapids is looking for a Guest Service Manager. Must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, manage a team, and work in a fast-paced environment. Salary:

Availability to work full time Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday) Ability to manage and lead a team Work alongside General Manager and Aquatics Manager to provide a positive work environment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Ability to process orders and order supplies as needed 2 years management experience Building relationships with staff and customers Must be able to accommodate 37-40 hrs per week . Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 930am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with a shift from 830am-300pm.
