Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Six-day workweek with one weekend off per month and accrued vacation time.
  • Foster a positive, productive workplace through strong leadership and staff development.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to franchise brand compliance.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to increase occupancy and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management strategies and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
