Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hotel functions and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hospitality management expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing guest relations, and maintaining operational efficiency across various departments within our dual hotel setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments Lead and motivate staff to deliver superior guest experiences while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence Oversee guest relations, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay Manage revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies and budget oversight Coordinate with human resources for staffing, training, and performance evaluations Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation Maintain efficient multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times Monitor hotel facilities to uphold safety standards and cleanliness Implement policies and procedures aligned with hospitality management best practices Assist in planning special events or activities to enhance guest engagement Requirements Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management or resort operations Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, guest services, human resources, and revenue management Ability to work any shift, but mainly afternoons & evenings Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and night audit procedures Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Hospitality management certification or relevant degree is advantageous Previous experience working in a destination setting is a plus This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to lead operations in a vibrant environment dedicated to guest satisfaction.
