What You'll Do Oversee all aspects of hotel operations Lead, coach, and develop a strong, service-focused team Drive guest satisfaction and online reputation Manage financial performance including labor and expenses Ensure brand standards and cleanliness expectations are met Create a positive and accountable work environment What Success Looks Like Happy guests who leave strong reviews A reliable, well-trained, and motivated team Clean, consistent, and efficient operations Improved overall property performance What We're Looking For Hotel GM or AGM experience ( required ) Strong leadership and communication skills Positive, solution-oriented mindset Hands-on approach with attention to detail

Why Join Us Base Salary:

$55,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
