Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, coordinate with various departments, and manage guest relations to create memorable stays for all visitors. Duties Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and excellent guest service delivery Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and warmth Oversee night audit processes, reconciling daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while demonstrating strong phone etiquette and guest relations skills Train new team members on hotel management systems, customer service standards, and operational procedures Monitor front desk operations to uphold hospitality management standards and ensure compliance with hotel policies Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk supervision within a resort or hotel environment Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, guest services, and hotel operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems required Ability to lead a team confidently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Prior experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a focus on guest relations is highly desirable Join us to lead our front desk team in creating welcoming experiences that leave lasting impressions! $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
