Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis North is looking for a motivated and guest-focused Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team. We are seeking a hospitality professional who is passionate about customer service, team leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily front desk operations Lead, train, and support front desk associates to ensure outstanding guest service Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Manage scheduling, payroll, and department performance Ensure accuracy in reservations, billing, and guest accounts Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for smooth hotel operations Maintain Marriott brand standards and hotel policies

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front office supervisory or management experience required Marriott brand experience is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
