Full-Time A respected hotel management company is conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Manager to lead a branded select-service hotel in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market. This role offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of hotel operations while driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and asset value. We are seeking a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops strong teams, and delivers consistent operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and brand compliance Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective management of labor, expenses, and operational efficiencies Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team and hotel associates Maintain strong guest satisfaction scores and reputation management results Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance against ownership expectations Ensure compliance with all brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Regional Leadership to maximize hotel performance Maintain strong community relationships and local market presence Qualifications Previous General Manager experience preferred within a branded hotel environment Strong understanding of hotel financials, labor management, forecasting, and revenue optimization Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and operational performance Experience leading and developing hotel teams Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be: Results-oriented and highly accountable Passionate about team development and guest service Financially savvy with strong business acumen Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership Experienced in driving operational excellence while maintaining a positive hotel culture Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off Professional development and advancement opportunities All inquiries and applications will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
