Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your leadership will drive customer service excellence, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various hotel departments to uphold our high standards of hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable stays and maintain the reputation of our resort or hotel property. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest services. Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. Oversee reservation systems, room assignments, and billing procedures accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy. Train and mentor team members on hospitality best practices, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems. Maintain a high standard of guest relations by creating a welcoming environment and resolving issues swiftly. Be available to cover any shift required, including weekends and holidays Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions confidently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Experience with night audit procedures and managing multi-line phone systems is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. A background in resort or hotel environments is advantageous; hospitality certification is a plus. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
