  • Full-time We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience at our property.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is organized, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to effectively manage teams in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily resort operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff management Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and overall guest satisfaction Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise resort staff Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution Monitor budgets, control expenses, and drive operational efficiency Coordinate with vendors, contractors, ownership, city officials, the Chamber, and other regulatory organizations as needed Plan and implement community events and activities for resort guests Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations Support marketing initiatives, occupancy goals, and management of reservations, website, and social media accounts Maintain accurate reports and operational records Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort management required; maintenance experience preferred Experience working with community organizations, Corps of Engineers, or similar entities is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities; must be self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and staff supervision Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and reservation systems preferred Must be available to work weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive team environment Schedule Full-time Weekends and holidays as required Work Location On-site How to Apply-Please submit your resume along with a brief summary outlining your experience and why you would be a strong fit for this role.
