Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance Lead and supervise staff members, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through dynamic pricing and promotional activities Coordinate with human resources for staffing needs, scheduling, and compliance with employment policies Oversee budgeting processes, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets Ensure adherence to safety standards, hotel policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Foster a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest services at all times Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff members Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage human resources effectively Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing cost-control measures Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems Deep understanding of hotel experience standards in resort or similar hospitality settings Ability to handle guest relations diplomatically while maintaining professionalism under pressure Knowledge of hotel management software systems and hospitality technology tools Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence.
