Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, from guest relations and staff supervision to revenue optimization and financial stewardship. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, uphold high standards of service, and drive the hotel's success in a competitive market. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service delivery Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability through effective revenue management techniques Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maintain fiscal health of the property Cultivate outstanding guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring memorable experiences, and fostering positive reviews Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff Oversee night audit procedures and manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to ensure smooth communication flow Skills Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including guest services, human resources, budgeting, and revenue management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit processes, multi-line phone systems, and hotel technology platforms Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional languages are a plus for engaging international guests Join us as our Hotel General Manager to lead with passion, inspire your team, and create unforgettable experiences for every guest.
