This is a leadership role on the front desk. You'll work shifts, train staff, handle guest escalations, and keep the operation moving through check-in, check-out, and everything between. You'll be on the desk every shift — not behind it watching.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll lead the front desk during your shift and act as the senior point of contact for guests and team members. The Front Desk Supervisor reports to the Front Desk Manager and is part of a coordinated leadership team that splits the day between mornings and evenings. A few things to know before you apply: This schedule includes weekends. Some weeks you'll work a Saturday, some weeks a Sunday, often both. Weekends are part of the regular schedule — not an exception we work around. Shift times vary. You may work mornings, swings, or overnights depending on coverage needs. Complete open availability is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead front desk operations during your assigned shift Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservation management Resolve guest concerns and escalations directly at the desk Provide on-shift training and coaching to front desk staff Maintain accuracy on all transactions, deposits, and shift handoffs Cover night audit when scheduled or as last-resort backup Serve as Manager on Duty during your shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of front desk or hospitality experience preferred Comfortable leading a team and handling pressure at the desk Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Reliable attendance — this is a leadership role and the team follows your example Complete open availability including weekends, evenings, and overnights as needed Valid driver's license required Able to pass a background check, 7-year motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screening

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
