Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and exceptional guest service skills. If you are multilingual and have experience in front desk operations, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Manage all front desk activities such as check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Ensure smooth operation of the night audit process
• Handle guest relations and resolve any issues promptly
• Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls effectivelySkills
• Proficiency in hotel management software systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry practices
