Full-Time, Live-On-Site Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hands-on couple to manage daily operations of a hotel property. This is a live-in position ideal for a team that thrives in hospitality, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and enjoys working together to deliver excellent guest experiences. Housing is provided as part of compensation. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Oversee day-to-day hotel operations Ensure smooth front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance Guest Services Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs as needed Monitor online reviews and guest satisfaction Staff Oversight Hire, train, and supervise staff (if applicable) Create schedules and ensure proper coverage Lead by example with a strong work ethic and professionalism Financial & Administrative Manage budgets, expenses, and basic accounting Track occupancy, revenue, and performance metrics Coordinate vendor relationships and supplies Property Maintenance Perform light maintenance or coordinate repairs Ensure rooms and common areas are guest-ready at all times Qualifications Previous hotel, motel, or property management experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Customer service-focused mindset Basic maintenance and troubleshooting ability a plus Comfortable living on-site and being on-call as needed Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits $4,500/month (combined salary) On-site housing provided Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Ideal Candidate Couple Team-oriented and dependable Strong communication skills Self-starters who take ownership of the property Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays How to Apply Please submit: Resume(s) for both applicants Brief introduction outlining your experience as a team
