  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a high-energy, people-first Operations Manager to lead our team at SpringHill Suites.
This isn't just about managing checklists; it's about Enlightened Hospitality —the belief that our first priority is to take care of our team, so they are inspired to take exceptional care of our guests. If you have a natural ability to connect with others, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for developing talent, we want to meet you. You will be the heartbeat of the hotel, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Breakfast & Bar. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the property runs like a well-oiled machine while maintaining the warm, stylish, and vibrant atmosphere that SpringHill Suites is known for.
Who You Are An Intuitive Leader:
You have a "sixth sense" for the needs of both guests and staff. You don't just solve problems; you prevent them through proactive care.
A Culture Builder:
You believe that a happy team is the foundation of a successful hotel. You lead by example, never hesitant to jump in and help Housekeeping or work the Front Desk during a rush.
Technically Savvy:
Proficient in property management is a major plus.
Communicator:
You are clear, concise, and kind. You can navigate a difficult guest situation or a staff coaching moment with grace and professionalism.
Mentor & Develop:
Identify "rising stars" within the staff, providing the coaching and training necessary to help them grow their careers.
Brand Champion:
Ensure the property strictly adheres to Marriott's SpringHill Suites standards, ensuring every suite is "picture perfect" and the breakfast experience is seamless. Responsibilities Lead with

Manage labor costs, inventory, and brand standards across all departments without compromising quality.
Mentor & Develop:
Identify "rising stars" within the staff, providing the coaching and training necessary to help them grow their careers. Manage inventory levels through effective stock control, purchasing, and merchandising strategies.
