In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all aspects of hotel management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver top-tier customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Duties Lead and supervise hotel staff across departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, occupancy management, and budget oversight to maximize profitability. Oversee guest relations by resolving issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain compliance with safety standards, hotel policies, and local regulations to guarantee a secure environment for guests and staff. Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest check-in/check-out procedures. Conduct night audits and financial reconciliations to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting. Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests while maintaining strong relationships with repeat visitors. Monitor hotel cleanliness, maintenance needs, and overall property appearance to uphold brand standards. Utilize hospitality management software for reservations, billing, and reporting purposes to streamline operations. Qualifications Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry; previous experience managing a resort or similar property is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and conflict resolution. Knowledge of revenue management techniques and budgeting processes to optimize financial performance. Familiarity with human resources practices including hiring, training, and staff development. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guest populations effectively. Experience with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette.
